How to Lookup Ratings
Navigate to home page on Shaeba Ratings
Search for anything you're interested in looking up ratings of. Review the result to confirm you have the right entity. Note that additional search keywords maybe necessary to retrieve the specific entity you're interested in
Shaeba Ratings are displayed in three tiers: overall, category, and criteria. An entity may have multiple categories that they've been rated on. Categories are collapsed by default and tapping them exposes underlying criteria ratings
Google Ratings are displayed alongside Shaeba Ratings for a broader perspective
Rate and Share are actions, available for each retrieved entity.
Tapping the rate action takes you to the rate page, with the entity information pre-loaded.
Tapping the share action takes you to the messaging page where a QR code is displayed. You may freely share this QR code with your audience, which when scanned navigates to Shaeba Ratings with the entity and ratings information pre-loaded. It's useful for sharing your ratings on your counter-top, website, Facebook page, etc.
Rate
How to Rate
Navigate to the rate page on Shaeba Ratings
Sign-in with google or Facebook, if not already signed in. Note that rating requires Google or Facebook authentication, to avoid ratings by bots
Find the target of your rating
Choose a category to use for your rating. This should show one or more corresponding criteria to rate by
Rate using one or more criteria, on a 1 - 5 scale
[Optional] Add one or more criteria and use them to rate, if necessary. Note that, your custom criteria will be reviewed and if deemed appropriate, may be added to existing criterion sets in entirety or some modified versions and you will be credited for them
You earn a Shaeba Coin per target per criterion you rate. You earn five Shaeba Coins per approved custom criterion you create.
Your current total earnings and withdrawals are always displayed on your profile page.
Report
Review Ratings Report
The ratings page shows 3 tabs: My, Recent, and Administered.
My tab shows authenticated user's ratings, for each entity they rated, grouped by category. Each category, when expanded, shows the underlying criteria they rated with value and date. When a criterion is used to rate an entity multiple times, only the latest instance is used.
The Recent tab shows ratings of the latest 20 rated entities, with all their rated categories and criteria.
The Administered tab shows authenticated user's subscription related data, if any. Each subscription's target entities with corresponding rated categories and criteria are shown. Under each criterion are shown a list of rating values with dates.
Referral Program
Refer others and earn 100x Shaeba Coins. Any of the 3 methods below will do. All they have to do is sign in and rate something on Shaeba Ratings.
QR Referral
The Shaeba Referral Program with all supported referral options are listed in your profile page.
The first options shown is the QR option. This QR code belongs to you, the signed in user. Anyone scanning this QR will be directed to their profile page, where they may sign in with either Google or Facebook.
When someone signs in with your QR code for the first time, they're tagged as referred by you.
New users, after signing in, may rate anything on Shaeba Ratings. Whenever they rate something, they earn Shaeba Coins.
You as their referrer, receives 100 Shaeba Coins, first time they rate something on Shaeba Ratings. This earning is immediately reflected on your profile page.
Show this QR code on your phone or tablet or fridge door or anywhere you wish, for others to scan.
Link Referral
The Shaeba Referral Program with all supported referral options are listed in your profile page.
The second options shown is the Link option. This link belongs to you, the signed in user. Anyone navigating it will be directed to their profile page, where they may sign in with either Google or Facebook.
When someone signs in with your link for the first time, they're tagged as referred by you.
New users, after signing in, may rate anything on Shaeba Ratings. Whenever they rate something, they earn Shaeba Coins.
You as their referrer, receives 100 Shaeba Coins, first time they rate something on Shaeba Ratings. This earning is immediately reflected on your profile page.
Show this link on your Facebook page or message it to someone you know, for them to sign in with. The copy icon under the link allows you to copy it on your clipboard, which you may then paste on a text message to someone you know.
Email Referral
The Shaeba Referral Program with all supported referral options are listed in your profile page.
The third options shown is the Email option. You simply add an email address on the input box and click on the email icon underneath.
We then send an email to that address with your link for them to sign-in with. You are CC-ed on this email, for your reference.
When someone signs in with your link for the first time, they're tagged as referred by you.
New users, after signing in, may rate anything on Shaeba Ratings. Whenever they rate something, they earn Shaeba Coins.

The Portal
The subscription tab on your profile page is your subscription dashboard. Bookmark this page, if you are a subscriber. Once you subscribe on behalf of an entity, you become its admin and it appears in a card on this page.
This page gives you access to the following information:
Survey submission report. Shows the complete chronological list of consumer responses to each of your entities, including to your survey questions
An expandable summary card for each entity, you're admin of, displaying:
Entity summary, e.g., name, address, subscription type, subscription status, etc.
Action menu, to manage billing
List of locations participating in the subscription, each of which are expandable and shows:
Survey QR code. Use it to gather feedback from all stakeholders of your business, especially customers
Aggregate Report QR code. Use it to promote your business by placing it where it's clearly visible to your target audience
Survey title. This is the title shown at the top of the survey. You may change it here, to suit your needs
Survey questionnaire. The set of questions you selected to be rated on, under one or more categories. You may sort them here, by dragging more important questions up to the top, where they're more likely to get responses

The survey QR code gives access to your survey. Place it where it's clearly visible to your customers. When they scan it, takes them to your survey questionnaire, where they may respond by rating you on one or more of your questions, each on a 1 - 5 scale
Your customers may answer as many or as few as they wish. So, place more important questions on top, where they're more likely to get responses. Remember to keep your questionnaire in sync with your current business objectives.
Remind your customers often to use the QR and give you feedback. Don't be shy mentioning that they'll earn crypto (Shaeba Coins) for their troubles.
You may also consider participating in our rewards program, where you offer your customers discount in exchange for their Shaeba Coins.

There are two reports:
Aggregate report shows all your ratings grouped by categories and corresponding criteria
Survey submission report shows complete chronological list of consumer responses, with actual individual rating value and date
Use these reports to monitor your ongoing customer sentiment and make business and process adjustments as appropriate.
It's good to have a pulse on your customers and great to have data supporting that pulse. So, finetune your survey questionnaire, such that your reports will generate appropriate information to support ongoing:
Risk management, e.g., should I revamp the hallway art collection, etc.
Business objectives, e.g., should I incorporate customer service training, etc.
Directions, e.g., to stay on or change course, etc.
Strategies, e.g., to expand, franchise, or not, etc.
To extract meaningful information from your survey, you must ask the right questions, and that may need some practice to master.
